Inspired by the vibrant street markets of USA Comfort, French, Italian and Asia, Chef Wade plays with aromatic, sweet, sour, acidic and the surprise of spicy hot. He uses minimal oil and dairy and relies more on the lite, fresh flavors of herbs and vegetables to deliver a flavorful, and healthy menu. Executive chef Wade Fatt is a former Corporate Catering Chef for Todd Gray’s companies.
